We've selected a premature babygrow from our experience of having a low birth weight baby ourselves. High on the list was an organic babygrow to protect delicate thin skin. Poppers all the way down to minimise the need to over handle little limbs and super soft seams to minimise irritation. Our recommendation is Under the Nile Egyptian organic cotton because you just can't get any gentler cotton.
